How we protect you at every step:

Fair, Transparent pricing

Our pricing engine pulls from real resale data across the ecosystem and updates weekly to reflect true market value, often higher than what other programs offer. No hidden fees or terms.

You see your offer upfront. As long as your items match the description, that is exactly what you will be paid.

Return policy with user control

If your items do not match the described condition, you will receive a revised offer. You can choose to accept or decline. If declined, your items are returned at no cost.

98% acceptance rate of revised offers.

Tracked shipping, Drop-off, or Pick-up

We offer flexible collection options based on your location: free prepaid shipping, local drop-off, or home and office pick-up where available.

All in-person handoffs are handled by trusted professionals with verified experience.

Secure, Professional handling

Items are processed at secure facilities by experienced technicians. We only partner with buyers who meet strict quality and security standards. Your items are handled with care from start to finish.

Built for the circular economy

Trade-ins help reduce electronic waste and extend the life of valuable devices. SELLIT9 makes it easy to participate in a more sustainable system without sacrificing value.

Status updates throughout

You will receive timely updates as your items move through each step: received, assessed, offer finalized, and payment processed.
