After that, the value may change based on market conditions or item depreciation, especially if you haven’t locked your offer. Locking your offer secures your store credit, protecting it from price drops and guaranteeing the quoted amount as long as you complete your trade-in within the validity period.

If your condition doesn’t match the grading you selected during your trade-in, our team will perform a professional assessment to determine the accurate market value. We’ll then send you a revised trade-in offer reflecting your item’s condition, you’ll have the choice to accept the new offer or decline it, and if you decline, your item will be returned.

No. Participating in this trade-in program does not extend, renew, transfer, modify, or create any warranty for the item you trade in. Any warranty for a new product purchased with the merchant in credit is governed by the applicable warranty terms for that new product.

You can cancel or decline your trade-in anytime before the the store credit is processed. If you’ve already shipped your item, your items will be returned.
